1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aethervale ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your information current. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Virtual Currency & Tokens

Aethervale uses a virtual currency ("tokens") for in-platform transactions. Tokens have no real-world monetary value outside the platform. Tokens are non-refundable once purchased. We reserve the right to modify token pricing, earning rates, and spending mechanisms at any time.

4. Content

The Service contains AI-generated imagery and creature interactions. All generated content is owned by Aethervale and licensed to users for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to manipulate or exploit platform systems, including the token economy
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate interactions with the Service
Redistribute or commercially exploit platform content

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Token balances and digital collectibles are forfeited upon termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aethervale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
